Become a member of Hillcrest Estates Improvement Association Today 

The Hillcrest Estate Improvement Association (HEIA) is your neighborhood homeowners’ association comprising 254 properties near Skyline Blvd between Redwood Road to .5 mile past Hansom Drive. We exist to support the collective interests of our neighborhood. For just $75 per year, your dues will fund our neighborhood security camera system, our website, emails, mailers and our community events. Perhaps most importantly, your membership will show your support for the work that our volunteer board does to engage with our civic leaders including our city council member, the Mayor’s office, the fire department, the police department, the city public works and Skyline High School to ensure our needs are being heard and addressed.
